Great Grandma, Pj's and werid obsessions

Tonight we headed out to visit with Great Grandma. Her best that had the room next door to her died last night so she needed a little cheering up. The kids found these party noise makers on her table and had a GREAT time with them.

When we got home we put on one of several new pairs
of PJs. they were so cute I wanted to get a nice picture of them with them on. One says my Mommy loves me and the other says My Daddy loves me. As you can see from all of the pictures.......it is very difficult to get a good picture because they are constantly moving.

Kennedy has been playing with her dolls so much recently...she feeds them, wraps them in blankets, changes clothes and puts them to bed. Today Owen decided it was time he had a baby too. He didn't want to put him down. He even went o bed with him.....so cute!


One last little funny thing. A few weeks ago when the snow was melting our sump pump kept running. Owen would always ask "whats that" when it turned on. I made the mistake of showing him the sump pump that is buried under our stairs behind several boxes. Now he is OBSESSED. We go to see the sump pump several times a day. I am so mad at myself for showing it to him because I am so afraid he is going to venture in there on his own one of these days. It is now part of his bedtime routine to say goodnight to the sump pump.

Kennedy has a new Love of her own... washing her hands. She must wash her hands(aka play in the faucet)every time she steps foot in the bathroom. She knows she has to wash her hands after she goes potty on the potty so she wants to go potty ALL the time. Sometimes she doesn't even get on the potty...she says...all done, wash hands now.

Since the kids spend nearly every waking minute together they are really rubbing off on each other now they both want to see the sump pump and both wash their hands!
